Packing up and moving to a different country seemed like an impossible task until I started talking with the Little Fox team. David and my principal made the transition very easy and were to answer any questions along the way. I have enjoyed working at the academy so far as my principal cares deeply about the teachers as well as the students. The curriculum is already set which makes it a great choice, especially if you are a first year teacher. I have wonderful co-teachers and love seeing my students' faces every day. Watching them learn and have fun is definitely the best part of the job.

Working at Little Fox made the daunting prospect of working on the other side of the world seem easy. There is a very clear lesson plan structure and the teaching procedures are easy for both teachers and students to follow. All of the staff, both Korea and foreigners are incredibly nice and always willing to help you with anything you need. I've had a great experience so far working for Little Fox, the system is set up for student and teacher success. It can seem daunting at first to take the leap and teach in a new country, whether it's here in Korea or anywhere new. With Little Fox the process from recruitment to getting documentation is handled quickly and professionally, the training is thorough, and the support from staff and teachers is immensely helpful. Having an established and proven system really takes away the guess work and uncertainty new teachers may have, and instead allows you to focus on the students and improving your skills as a teacher. I started working for Little Fox in February of 2020, and I quickly noticed how engaging and fun the curriculum was for the students. The stories are often informative and encourage the students to discover new things, not just about English but information about the rest of the world too.
